Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

All orders are shipped using tracked and insured shipping services.
Shipping carriers may include providers such as UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service depending on the destination and service availability.
Signature Confirmation
Due to the value of vintage luxury items, shipments may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Shipping Locations
Haus of Vintage currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Most domestic deliveries arrive within 2 to 7 business days after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Haus of Vintage is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with opening a claim with the carrier.
