Are your handbags authentic?
Yes. Every item sold at Haus of Vintage is carefully inspected and verified for authenticity before being listed. Our authentication process includes examining brand stamps, materials, hardware, stitching, serial numbers when available, and overall construction details.

Where do your items come from?
Our vintage pieces are sourced from trusted professional dealers, including established suppliers in Japan, one of the most respected markets for pre owned luxury goods. Japan maintains strict anti counterfeit laws, which helps ensure authenticity within the vintage luxury market.
Are the bags new or used?
All items sold on Haus of Vintage are pre owned vintage pieces.
Because vintage items have been previously used, they may show light signs of wear such as creasing, scratches, patina, or hardware wear. These signs are part of the character of vintage items. We provide detailed photos and descriptions so customers can review the condition before purchasing.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the unique nature of vintage items, all sales are final. However, if an item is proven to be inauthentic by a recognized professional authentication service, we will provide a full refund.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Most domestic deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days depending on the shipping carrier and destination. All orders include tracking.
How do I know my order will be delivered safely?
All orders from Haus of Vintage are shipped using tracked and insured shipping services.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery. For higher value items, shipments may require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure the package is received securely. Each item is carefully packaged to protect it during transit.

Can I cancel my order?

Do you ship internationally?

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. High value items may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Do your items come with original boxes or dust bags?
Because our items are vintage and pre owned, original packaging such as dust bags, boxes, or authenticity cards may not always be included. Any accessories that come with an item will be noted in the product description.
How do I know the size of the bag?
Each product listing includes detailed measurements and multiple photos to help you evaluate the size of the bag. If you need additional photos or measurements before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Do you buy or accept bags for consignment?
